I've booked double room in the upper floors and everything was very comfortable. Amazing location, it was near the surrounding mountains, a hill overlooking the town, and nature and views and good food.

Breakfast is simple but more than adequate to start the day, and it can even be enjoyed on the terrace with terrific views of the valley.

This hotel is a charming surprise, situated in an amazing location. the hotel is tucked away in the foothills, high above the city, providing stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the rooms are modern and stylish, featuring comfortable beds. the service was top-notch, with friendly staff available to help with anything. the breakfast spread is ample, providing a great start to each day.

The hotel could benefit from more English-speaking staff, as communicating without knowledge of Spanish may be difficult at times.

We had the most romantic escape at this newly renovated hotel nestled on the hillside with stunning views of the Basque valley. The room was laid out perfectly with a large and comfortable bed, and the shower was very functional. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the surrounding regions. We enjoyed the delicious food in the on-site restaurant, especially the outdoor BBQ which offered the best steaks we have ever tasted.

The language barrier was a challenge for us, as there were no English-speaking staff, but we managed to communicate using our phones' translators. We also found the drive up the mountainside to be a bit nerve-wracking, but it was worth it for the spectacular view.

I had an incredible stay at a lovely boutique hotel in the forest. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and at dinner. They even gave us extra access codes for the internet. The room was spacious and the shower was great. It was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

One inconvenience was that we had to leave without breakfast or even a cup of tea/coffee. There was also no way to contact management easily as the phone only rang at reception.

We loved the stunning view of the city and the peaceful location on top of a mountain away from the coastline. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sunset and a playground for children. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us a complimentary bottle of local wine upon arrival. Lastly, the room was spotless and cosy with comfortable beds and luxurious toiletries.
